District 5 is where you'll find Dartmouth Centre, an area that includes Downtown Dartmouth, vibrant residential neighbourhoods, commercial and shopping areas. The area is made up of “Old Dartmouth” including North Woodside, Crichton Park, Manor Park, Southdale, and part of Dartmouth North as well as newer areas such as Lancaster Park. District 5 has a population of approximately 26,400 residents.
